An up-down synchronous pitch changing mechanism adjusts an upper-layer tilting tray for periodic pitch changing and total pitch increasing and decreasing control through driving control of the three steering engines, and a lower-layer tilting tray is synchronously driven by the upper-layer tilting tray to conduct periodic pitch changing and total pitch increasing and decreasing control. According to the variable-pitch mechanism and the control strategy thereof, double-layer periodic pitch changing and total pitch increasing and decreasing control are achieved. Compared with a disclosed single-layer periodic variable-pitch coaxial aircraft, the system has more sufficient control efficiency and higher wind resistance, and compared with a disclosed double-layer periodic variable-pitch coaxial aircraft, the system has fewer steering engines and a simpler structure, and the system reliability is effectively improved.
