The system comprises an upper rotorwing power module, an upper rotor wing assembly, an upper tilting mechanism, a driving steering engine group assembly, a lower tilting mechanism, a lower rotor wing assembly, a lower rotor wing powermodule, an upper fixed main shaft and a lower fixed main shaft. The two steering engines simultaneously drive an upper-layer tilting turntable and a lower-layer tilting turntable to perform periodicvariable-pitch control on an upper-layer rotor wing and a lower-layer rotor wing, and lifting and heading control force is provided by controlling the rotating speeds of the rotor wings. The tilting mechanisms provided by the invention can perform azimuth angle deviation in advance, and a flexible design scheme is provided for different rotor characteristics. Compared with a disclosed single-layerperiodic variable-pitch coaxial aircraft, the coaxial rotor system has more sufficient control efficiency and higher wind resistance. Compared with a disclosed double-layer periodic variable-pitch coaxial aircraft, the coaxial rotor system has the advantages that the number of steering engines is the minimum, the structure is simple, the system reliability is effectively improved, and the structural weight is greatly reduced.
