The invention relates to the technical field of hull water cut-off treatment, in particular to a water cut-off treatment structure of a watertight bulkhead of a glass fiber reinforced plastic ship. The structure is provided with a watertight bulkhead and a ship body. The structure is characterized in that the lower portion of the watertight bulkhead on the ship body is connected with a bottom plate of the ship body through a water cut-off boss; the water cut-off boss is composed of a thickened glass fiber reinforced plastic bottom layer, a structural core material and a wrapping glass fiber reinforced plastic layer; the lower part of the thickened glass fiber reinforced plastic bottom layer is connected with the bottom plate of the ship body; the structural core material is arranged abovethe thickened glass fiber reinforced plastic bottom layer; the structural core material is connected with the thickened glass fiber reinforced plastic bottom layer after being wrapped with the wrapping glass fiber reinforced plastic layer, extends to the bottom plate of the ship body and is connected with the bottom plate of the ship body; the upper portion of the wrapping glass fiber reinforced plastic layer above the structural core material is connected with the watertight bulkhead, the wrapping glass fiber reinforced plastic layer on the side face of the structural core material is connected with a transverse keel or longitudinal keel structural core material; and the outer side of the transverse keel or longitudinal keel structural core material is wrapped with a keel glass fiber reinforced plastic layer. The structure has the advantages of being simple in structure, good in water cut-off treatment effect, stable in bulkhead structure and the like.

    本发明涉及船体断水处理技术领域,具体地说是一种玻璃钢船水密舱壁的断水处理结构,其设有水密舱壁和船体,特征在于所述的船体上水密舱壁下方经断水凸台与船体的底板相连接,断水凸台由增厚玻璃钢底层、结构芯材、包覆玻璃钢层组成,增厚玻璃钢底层的下方与船体的底板相连接,增厚玻璃钢底层的上方设有结构芯材,结构芯材经包覆玻璃钢层包裹后与增厚玻璃钢底层连接并延伸至船体的底板并与船体底板相连接,结构芯材上方的包覆玻璃钢层上方与水密舱壁相连接,结构芯材侧面的包覆玻璃钢层上连接横向龙骨或纵向龙骨结构芯材,横向龙骨或纵向龙骨结构芯材外侧包覆一层龙骨玻璃钢层,具有结构简单、断水处理效果好、舱壁结构稳定等优点。
