The present invention provides a ship having high-density polyethylene watertight bulkheads, which can be recycled, increase economic feasibility, and increase watertightness. The ship comprises: a hull which is formed of a high-density polyethylene material, provides buoyancy to be able to move while floating on the water surface, and has a buoyancy space therein; a plurality of watertight bulkheads which are formed of a high-density polyethylene material, are provided so that the buoyancy space is watertightly partitioned, are arranged to be spaced apart from each other in a front-rear direction in the buoyancy space, have a predetermined front-back direction thickness, closely contact the inner surface of the hull as the contours of the side and lower surfaces thereof correspond to the contour of the inner surface of the hull, and are fusion-bonded to the inner surface of the hull by a filler formed of a high-density polyethylene material, filled in the boundary region between the watertight bulkheads and the inner surface of the hull; a plurality of welding plates which are formed of a high-density polyethylene material, are provided at an upper end of each of the watertight bulkheads with a front-rear direction length exceeding the front-rear direction thickness of the watertight bulkhead, are disposed perpendicular to the watertight bulkhead, and are fusion-bonded to the watertight bulkhead by a filler formed of a high-density polyethylene material, filled in the boundary region between the watertight bulkhead and the welding plates; and a deck which is formed of a high-density polyethylene material, is provided to cover an upper part of the buoyancy space, and is fusion-bonded to the welding plates by a filler formed of a high-density polyethylene material, filled in an upper surface of each of the welding plates.

    재활용이 가능하여 경제성이 개선되며 수밀성이 개선되도록, 본 발명은 수면을 따라 부유된 상태로 이동 가능하도록 부력을 제공하며 내부에 부력공간이 형성되는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 재질의 선체; 상기 부력공간이 수밀구획되도록 복수개로 구비되어 상기 부력공간에 전후방향을 따라 상호간 이격 배치되되, 기설정된 전후방향 두께를 갖도록 구비되며, 측면부 및 하면부 윤곽이 상기 선체의 내면부 윤곽에 형합 대응되어 상기 선체의 내면부에 밀착되고, 상기 선체 내면부와의 경계영역에 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 재질의 충진제가 충진되어 융착 결합되는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 재질의 수밀격벽부; 복수개로 구비되어 각 상기 수밀격벽부의 상단부에 상기 수밀격벽부의 전후방향 두께를 초과하는 전후방향 길이로 구비되되, 상기 수밀격벽부와 상호간 수직으로 배치되고, 상기 수밀격벽부와의 경계영역에 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 재질의 충진제가 충진되어 융착 결합되는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 재질의 용접판부; 및 상기 부력공간의 상부를 커버하도록 구비되되 각 상기 용접판부의 상면에 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 재질의 충진제가 충진되어 상기 용접판부와 융착 결합되는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 재질의 갑판부를 포함하는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수밀격벽이 구비된 선박을 제공한다.
