The invention discloses a vehicle vibration energy recovery damping device. The device comprises a motion conversion part and a connected energy conversion part, wherein the motion conversion part is mounted in a machine body; the energy conversion part is mounted at the outer side of the machine body; the machine body is connected with a vehicle body through an upper lifting ring; a lower lifting ring of the motion conversion part is connected to a vehicle axle; the lower lifting ring is connected with one end of a spring; the other end of the spring is connected to the machine body; two racks are fixedly connected with the lower lifting ring, and are respectively engaged with two gears; the two gears are fixedly connected with outer rings of two overrunning clutches; inner rings of the two overrunning clutches are fixedly connected with a main shaft; the two overrunning clutches are reversely mounted, so that the brake directions of the two overrunning clutches are opposite; the main shaft is connected with a rotating shaft of a motor through a gear accelerator of the energy conversion part; and the motor is connected with a load through a rectifier circuit and a DC-DC. The device can recycle the vehicle vibration energy to effectively reduce the damper heat failure probability.
