The invention relates to the technical field of damping systems, in particular to a vibration energy recovery device, a suspension type damping system and a mining vehicle, the energy recovery device comprises an energy accumulator and a suspension oil cylinder, the suspension oil cylinder is connected with the energy accumulator through an oil outlet pipe, and the energy accumulator is connected with the suspension oil cylinder through an oil return pipe. The oil outlet pipe is further provided with a one-way valve, and the one-way valve is in one-way conduction from the suspension oil cylinder to the energy accumulator. By arranging the independent energy accumulator, when the vehicle runs to the bumpy ground, tires jump, and the piston rod of the suspension oil cylinder is driven to do telescopic motion. When the piston rod is compressed, oil in the suspension oil cylinder flows into the energy accumulator through the oil outlet pipe, and the energy accumulator stores energy generated by impact on the ground. Compared with the mode that an oil-gas oil cylinder stores ground impact energy through nitrogen compression, oil liquid directly flows into the energy accumulator, so that friction heat generation caused by the fact that the oil liquid passes through a damping hole is avoided, and then the high-temperature ablation fault caused by oil liquid temperature rising is avoided.

    本发明涉及减震系统技术领域,尤其涉及一种振动能量回收装置、悬挂式减震系统及矿用车辆,能量回收装置包括蓄能器和悬挂油缸,悬挂油缸通过出油管与蓄能器相连,蓄能器再通过回油管与悬挂油缸相连。出油管上还设置有单向阀,单向阀由悬挂油缸向蓄能器方向单向导通。本申请通过设置单独的蓄能器,车辆运行至坑洼不平的地面时,轮胎产生跳动,带动悬挂油缸的活塞杆作伸缩运动。当活塞杆被压缩时,悬挂油缸内的油液经出油管流入蓄能器内,蓄能器对地面冲击产生的能量进行存储。相较于油气油缸通过氮气压缩存储地面冲击能量的方式,本申请的油液直接流入蓄能器内,以避免油液通过阻尼孔导致的摩擦生热,进而避免了油液温度升高导致的高温烧蚀故障。
