The invention discloses a use method of an automobile headrest regulation device capable of preventing whiplash injury. The use method comprises the steps that a control module electrically connected with an air cylinder is directly communicated with an active automobile safety system; when the distance between an automobile and another automobile behind the automobile is within a safety value range, the control module directly transmits commands to the air cylinder, the supporting part of the headrest gets close to the head of a passenger, and therefore the phenomenon that the head moves backwards relative to the upper trunk in rear-end collisions can be prevented in advance; when a head plate moves and a regulating shakes or moves unstably in the moving process, a moving structure composed of connecting rods A, connecting rods B and connecting rods C can eliminate acting stress generated by the regulating rod; when the distance between the automobile and another automobile behind the automobile is within a safety value range, the control module directly controls the air cylinder to retract, and therefore the head of passenger and the supporting part of the headrest can be reset, manual operation is not needed, and protection synchronization of the headrest and an automobile safety system is achieved.
