The anti-whiplash automobile headrest comprises a flexible structure, a driving mechanism and an energy absorption mechanism, the flexible structure is arranged on the side, close to the head of a passenger, of the automobile headrest, and the flexible structure has an initial position and a working position; the driving mechanism is connected with the flexible structure; the energy absorption mechanism is connected with the flexible structure; when a vehicle collides, the driving mechanism drives the flexible structure to move from the initial position to the working position, after the head of a passenger collides with the flexible structure, the flexible structure moves from the working position to the initial position under the driving of collision force, and the energy absorption mechanism absorbs energy of the collision force to reduce whiplash injuries of the passenger, so that the head and the neck of the passenger are protected; the distance between the flexible structure and the head is automatically adjusted, energy is absorbed through damping, whiplash injuries generated in backward collision are reduced, the passenger protection effect is improved, the passenger protection limitation of a common automobile seat headrest is solved, and injuries to passengers are further reduced.

    本发明公开了一种防鞭打汽车头枕及具有其的车辆,其中,防鞭打汽车头枕包括柔性结构、驱动机构和吸能机构,柔性结构设置在汽车头枕靠近乘员头部一侧,柔性结构具有初始位置和工作位置;驱动机构与柔性结构连接;吸能机构与柔性结构连接;当车辆发生碰撞时,驱动机构驱动柔性结构从初始位置移动至工作位置,乘员头部碰撞柔性结构后,柔性结构在碰撞力的驱动下从工作位置向初始位置移动,吸能机构对碰撞力进行吸能,以减少乘员的挥鞭伤,从而对乘员头颈进行保护;本发明实现自动调整柔性结构与头部距离,并通过阻尼吸收能量,降低后向碰撞中产生的挥鞭伤害,提高乘员保护效果,解决了普通汽车座椅头枕乘员保护局限性,进一步降低对乘员的伤害。
