The invention provides a supporting frame capable of rising and falling and a mobile robot with the supporting frame, wherein the supporting frame is simple in structure and can support and move heavy objects. Rising and falling of a supporting rod are achieved through a linear drive mechanism and a supporting rod raising and lowering mechanism, meanwhile, rising and falling of a supporting wheel is achieved through a supporting wheel raising and lowering mechanism, and the supporting wheel stretches into or out of the supporting rod along with rising and falling of the supporting rod, so that when the supporting rod falls, the supporting wheel makes contact with the ground, and the robot can be pushed along in a sliding mode; when the supporting rod rises, the supporting wheel stretches into the supporting rod, and interference between components, such as a shell and the supporting wheel is avoided. The supporting frame capable of rising and falling plays a role in supporting the robot as well as moving the robot conveniently through pulleys.
