The inclination angle of the inspection robot car main body is detected through the horizontal sensor, and meanwhile, the corresponding offset of the inspection robot car main body is sensed through the horizontal sensor, so that active deviation correction can be realized through the electromagnetic suction strip and the counterweight scrap iron, and the deviation correction of the inspection robot car body can be realized in time according to the side inclination condition under the dynamic condition.

    本发明公开了一种可根据车身偏移角度自动伸出的防倒支撑架,包括巡检机器人车主体、电磁吸条、电磁铁屑盘、水平感应器、第一电动缸、巡检摄像机和主动刹车组件,所述巡检机器人车主体的内侧固定连接有第一电动缸,所述第一电动缸的伸缩端伸出至巡检机器人车主体的上方后固定安装有雷达,所述巡检机器人车主体的上部固定连接有电磁铁屑盘,所述电磁铁屑盘的内侧四侧均固定连接有电磁吸条,所述电磁铁屑盘的内侧设置有配重铁屑,通过水平感应器检测巡检机器人车主体的倾斜角度,同时通过水平感应器感应巡检机器人车主体对应的偏移量,这样可以通过电磁吸条和配重铁屑来主动纠偏,实现根据动态情况下的侧倾情况及时对巡检机器人车车身进行纠偏。
