An automotive anti-collision beam composite capable of absorbing energy is prepared from the raw materials including, by weight, 11-14 parts of nickel, 50-60 parts of iron, 3-6 parts of carbon, 30-40 parts off aluminum, 7-9 parts of carbon fibers, 2-5 parts of stabilizers, 15-18 parts of nanometer molybdenum carbide, 5-9 parts of alumina, 9-14 parts of niobium carbide, 6-10 parts of magnesium powder, 8-11 parts of stearic acid, 3-10 parts of copper powder, 7-10 parts of boron oxide, 4-7 parts of polysiloxane, 1.5-4 parts of trialkyl isocyanurate, 8-17 parts of tung-oil-modified phenolic resin, 12-23 parts of filler and 3-5 parts of antioxidants. The automotive anti-collision beam composite has the beneficial effects of being good in energy-absorbing effect, high in strength and hardness and capable of well guaranteeing the safety of an automobile.
