    本发明公开了一种汽车吸能防撞梁的制作工艺,涉及汽车防撞梁加工技术领域,包括以下步骤:S1、铝锭原料熔铸加工;S2、板料定尺分切加工及硬化;S3、铝直板加工;S4、异型铝板加工;S5、型材粘合加工;S6、防撞梁表面处理。本发明通过取单片铝直板和两片异型铝板为一组,使用胶水将两片异型铝板粘合在铝直板两面,将多组粘合加工后的型材进行叠层粘合固定,其内部形成蜂窝型空腔结构,使得车辆发生碰撞事故时,蜂窝单体的缓冲结构性能便发挥作用,蜂窝的立面结构将来自正面的撞击力加以吸收,蜂窝结构随之变形,能量进行了转换吸收,将车辆受到的外部碰撞做到了层级衰减,可以更大程度减少车辆及车上人员的碰撞损伤。
