An automobile anti-collision beam buffering and energy absorbing device comprises a cross beam and a plurality of energy absorbing mechanisms. The cross beam is provided with a containing groove. The energy absorption mechanisms are evenly arranged in the containing groove. Each energy absorption mechanism comprises a first buffering piece, a connecting plate, a guiding piece and a second buffering piece. The first buffering piece is in a circular tube shape and forms a first buffering cavity. The first buffer is connected with the beam. The connecting plate is connected with the other end of the first buffer. The guiding piece is arranged in the first buffering cavity and connected with the beam. The second buffer piece penetrates through the connecting plate and is movably inserted into the first buffer cavity. The second buffering piece is cylindrical, and a second buffering cavity is formed in the second buffering piece. And the other end of the guide piece is inserted into the second buffer cavity. The first buffering piece and the second buffering piece with the circular sections are connected, so that the energy absorption device is evenly crushed in the collision process, meanwhile, the collision impact force is reduced through the two gas cavities formed by the two buffering pieces, and sufficient energy absorption is guaranteed.
