The invention relates to a vehicle door anti-collision beam with an energy-absorbing inner core, which comprises an anti-collision beam body and is characterized in that the anti-collision beam body is of a hollow structure, and the energy-absorbing inner core is arranged in the anti-collision beam body; the anti-collision beam body is made of metal pipes, and the two ends of the anti-collision beam body are fusiform. The energy-absorbing inner core is made of foam metal, and the shape of the energy-absorbing inner core is matched with that of the inner cavity of the anti-collision beam body. Energy can be fully absorbed in the collision process, too large deformation of the automobile door is avoided, safety of passengers in the automobile is protected, and light weight is achieved.
