The invention discloses an all-terrain rescue car comprises a car body, a transmission part and a driving part. The driving part is connected with the car body through the transmission part. The car body comprises an upper platform, a chassis, and a height adjusting mechanism; the upper platform is supportingly connected with the chassis through the height adjusting mechanism. The height adjusting mechanism comprises four supporting beams. Being provided with adjustable angles, the four supporting beams are uniformly distributed between the upper platform and the chassis and form a parallel tetrahedral structure along with the upper platform and the chassis. A horizontal lever for adjusting and fixing the height of the parallel tetrahedral structure is connected between two parallel sides at the front end of the car body. By using an insulated stainless steel crawler wheel structure, the all-terrain rescue car can be adaptive to different terrains. The height adjustment function is achieved by the parallel tetrahedral structure without adjusting the length of a synchronizing belt of the rescue car. Through using an aluminum alloy structure, the car body is light weighted and foldable, thus being conveniently used in flood and earthquake rescue operations, and providing safeguard to people's life and property safety.
