The invention relates to a region of interest setting device and a method thereof. The setting method mostly comprises following steps of acquiring vehicle image information and vehicle yaw velocity sensor value and a CAN signal of vehicle speed, determining a region of interest via the change value of computation based on vehicle yaw velocity sensor value and vehicle speed bending computation and based on image information and bending computation change value of computation, carrying out image processing of image information of the determined region of interest and determining the region of interest by the sum between image width and the change value of the region of interest. By utilizing information of front images and vehicular network communication, the bending value representing bending degree of roads computed by the vehicle yaw velocity sensor values and vehicle speed value, the region of interest is changed so that problems in the prior art such as slow computation speed, damaged information are solved and product performance is enhanced.
