The invention discloses a damping force compounding safe elevator system. The damping force compounding safe elevator system comprises an elevator car body and a buffering assembly, wherein the buffering assembly comprises a buffering component and a magneto-rheological damping component which can be connected with the buffering component in forward and backward directions. At an abnormal falling buffering post-period of the elevator car body, variable forward damping intervention is combined with pre-period elastic buffering, and is suitable for a high-speed elevator to use; the damping force compounding safe elevator system has a random dynamic application effect so that the instant comfort and reliability can be effectively improved before the elevator car body touches the bottom and is in contact with the buffering component; meanwhile, before the elevator car touches the bottom and the buffering is finished, the connection of the buffering component is restored so as to realize the effect of limiting a resilience speed, and the gentle resilience is guaranteed; parameters of magneto-rheological liquid are adjusted according to the falling-down parameters of the elevator car body; if the falling-down speed is great, the greater resilience force is caused and the electrification current of the magneto-rheological liquid is increased and thickened so that the damping force is restored; meanwhile, the viscosity of the magneto-rheological liquid also can be adjusted in a damping restoring process and the resilience is relieved.
