To provide a vehicle integrated control device capable of controlling vehicle attitude so as to prevent kinesia of a person who has high sensitivity to kinesia.SOLUTION: A vehicle integrated control device includes: a target value generating unit for generating or acquiring a control target value of vehicle movement; a kinesia sensitivity acquisition unit for acquiring a kinesia sensitivity index which is a quantitative value of susceptibility to developing kinesia which varies according to occupant characteristics for at least one occupant on the vehicle; and a target value correction unit for correcting the control target value based on the control target value and the kinesia sensitivity index.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
