The mounting structure is connected with the cover body and is used for being detachably connected to the underwater robot. The buffer top cover can be mounted at the top of the underwater robot for use through the mounting structure, and when the underwater robot works in a tunnel with water flow, the water flow passes through the pits in the surface of the cover body, so that the separation of the water flow and the surface of the cover body can be delayed; the motion response of the underwater robot in the turbulent environment is smaller, the effect of stabilizing the underwater robot is achieved, the fatigue load at the mooring position of the umbilical cable of the underwater robot is reduced, the service life of the umbilical cable is prolonged, and the disease detection effect of the underwater robot on a tunnel is improved.

    本发明公开了一种缓冲顶盖及水下机器人,涉及水下机器人技术领域,缓冲顶盖包括盖体和安装结构,盖体包括相对的顶面和底面,顶面自中间部位朝向两侧倾斜,且与底面的距离递减,顶面布满有凹坑。安装结构连接盖体,安装结构用于可拆卸连接于水下机器人。本发明的缓冲顶盖可通过安装结构安装在水下机器人的顶部使用,水下机器人在具有水流的隧洞工作时,水流经过盖体表面的凹坑时能够延缓水流与盖体表面的分离,使得水下机器人在湍流环境下的运动响应会更小达到了稳定水下机器人的作用,减小了水下机器人脐带缆系缆处的疲劳载荷,延长了脐带缆的使用寿命,改善了水下机器人对隧洞的病害检测效果。
