The outer surface of the shell can be attached to the surface of the cover piece, so that heat of the heat conduction water layer is transmitted to the cover piece, and the underwater adhesive on the face, away from the shell, of the cover piece is heated. The heater is adjustably arranged in the shell, the position of the heater can be correspondingly adjusted according to the curing time requirement of the underwater adhesive, the thickness of the heat conduction water layer between the heater and the inner wall of the shell is changed, heat received by the cover piece is adjusted, and the curing time of the underwater adhesive is controlled within a proper interval. And the cover plate can be quickly and firmly adhered. And the underwater robot can avoid the underwater operation of manually pasting the cover plate, so that the risk of the operation is reduced.

    本发明公开一种水下盖片安装装置、使用方法及水下机器人,水下盖片安装装置包括壳体和加热器,加热器可调节地设置于壳体的内部,壳体为非密封结构,加热器与壳体的内壁之间能形成厚度可调节的导热水层,壳体的外表面能与盖片的表面贴合,使导热水层的热量传递至盖片,对盖片背离壳体一面上的水下粘附剂进行加热。加热器可调节地设置于壳体的内部,能根据水下粘附剂的固化时间要求对加热器的位置进行相应的调节,改变加热器与壳体的内壁之间的导热水层的厚度,对盖片接收到的热量进行调整,将水下粘附剂的固化时间控制在合适的区间内,实现对盖片快速且牢固地粘贴。水下机器人能避免人工进行盖片粘贴的水下作业,降低作业的危险性。
