The invention relates to the technical field of tree climbing, and particularly discloses a tree pruning robot which comprises a base frame, an adjusting clamping jaw device which is arranged towards a tree trunk and can rotate by a certain horizontal angle, a first platform module which drives the adjusting clamping jaw device to rotatably lift and move back and forth in the linear direction of the base frame, and a pruning mechanism. The pruning mechanism is used for pruning branches on a tree trunk in the process that the base frame is driven by the climbing device to climb upwards, the pruning mechanism comprises two cutter assemblies and a second platform module which drives the cutter assemblies to rotate and reciprocates in the linear direction of the base frame, and the adjusting clamping jaw device further comprises a clamping jaw assembly; the clamping jaw assemblies are installed on the first platform module in the mode that the clamping jaw assemblies can be opened and closed along the central axes of the clamping jaw assemblies. According to the robot, the action mode of animal tree climbing is used for reference, the relative position of the robot and a tree trunk or a branch can be adjusted in the circumferential direction based on the two clamping jaws, and therefore obstruction of forked branches can be avoided in the climbing process, and smooth climbing is facilitated.

    本发明涉及树木爬升技术领域,具体公开一种树木修剪机器人,包括基座框架,朝向树干设置且可转动一定水平角度的调节夹爪装置、带动调节夹爪装置可旋转升降以及沿基座框架的直线方向往复移动的第一平台模组,修剪机构,用于在基座框架被爬升装置带动而向上爬升过程中,修剪树干上的树枝,修剪机构包括两个刀具组件,以及带动刀具组件旋转且沿基座框架的直线方向往复移动的第二平台模组,调节夹爪装置还包括夹爪组件,夹爪组件分别沿自身中心轴线可张开闭合地安装于第一平台模组上;本发明借鉴动物爬树的动作方式,基于两个夹爪能够沿着圆周方向调整机器人与树干或枝干的相对位置,从而能够在攀爬过程中避开分叉树枝的阻碍,有助于顺畅完成爬升。
