The invention relates to a tree pruning method. The opening of two half tube holders of a tube holder is arranged on the trunk of a tree in a clamping manner, and the other sides of the two half tubeholders are tightly clamped and locked; a driving motor and a gasoline motor of a tree climbing mechanism are powered on, then climbing rollers on one half tube holder on one side of the tube holder are driven to rotate, a tree climbing robot is at a state of climbing upwards along the trunk of the tree in a spiral manner, and the chain saw of a cutting saw is driven to rotate; when a pruning robot is dragged by the tree climbing mechanism to a position below a twig, the baffle arm of a twig contact mechanism is propped against the twig, and the baffle arm is positioned on a hinging shaft andis rotated; after the baffle arm is rotated, a tension roller on the cutting saw is driven to approach to the trunk of the tree, and the chain saw is propped against the trunk of the tree; and climbing rollers of the half tube holders on both sides of the tree climbing mechanism are rotated synchronously in a same direction, then the pruning robot is moved vertically, and twig sawing and cutting operation can be achieved till the whole twig is cut down. The method effectively ensures that twigs of the tree are completely cut off.

    本发明涉及一种树木的修枝方法,将管架两个半管架的开口卡置在树木主干上,并且使得两个半管架的另一侧卡紧并且锁住;启动爬树机构的驱动马达及汽油马达,使得管架一侧的半管架上的攀爬滚轮转动,使得爬树机器人沿着树木主干呈现螺旋向上爬升的状态,以及使得切割锯的链锯转动;爬树机构拖拽修枝机器人至枝干的下方位置时,使得树枝接触机构的挡臂与枝干抵靠,使得挡臂位于铰接轴产生转动;当挡臂转动后,连动切割锯上的张紧滚轮与树木主干靠近,使得链锯与树木主干抵靠;爬树机构两侧半管架的攀爬滚轮同向且同步转动,使得修枝机器人竖直移动,以实现对枝干的锯切操作,直至将整个枝干切割完毕;该方法能够有效确保树木的枝干完全切除。
