The invention relates to a magnetic wheel and a wall-climbing robot capable of controlling magnetic attraction force in real time. The magnetic wheel comprises a wheel body. The rotating assembly comprises a first driving source and a rotating part, the mounting part is sleeved with the rotating part, and the first driving source drives the rotating part to rotate around the central axis of the wheel body; the magnetic adsorption assembly is arranged on the outer surface of the rotating part and comprises a first adsorption unit, a second adsorption unit and a third adsorption unit, the first adsorption unit is fixedly arranged on the rotating part, the second adsorption unit is hinged to one end of the first adsorption unit, and the third adsorption unit is hinged to the other end of the first adsorption unit; the second driving source is connected with the second adsorption unit to drive the second adsorption unit to swing relative to the first adsorption unit, and the third driving source is connected with the third adsorption unit to drive the third adsorption unit to swing relative to the first adsorption unit. The magnetic attraction force between the device and the curved-surface magnetic conductive metal surface can be guaranteed, and the device is good in stability, high in flexibility, safe and reliable.
