The invention provides a magnetic wheel structure, a wall-climbing robot and a magnetic force adjusting method and an advancing deviation correcting method. The magnetic wheel structure comprises permanent magnets, a position adjusting structure and a cylindrical magnetic wheel shell, the position adjusting structure is arranged in the magnetic wheel shell, and the multiple permanent magnets are arranged in the circumferential direction of the magnetic wheel shell at intervals; the position adjusting structure is suitable for being connected with the permanent magnet and adjusting the vertical distance between the permanent magnet and the axis of the magnetic wheel shell. According to the magnetic wheel structure, the vertical distances from all the permanent magnets to the axis of the magnetic wheel shell are adjusted through the position adjusting structure so as to adjust the vertical distances from the permanent magnets to a working medium, and therefore the magnetic adsorption force of the magnetic wheel structure to the working medium is adjusted, and the magnetic adsorption force of the magnetic wheel structure to the working medium is suitable for adjustment; therefore, the magnetic wheel structure can conveniently adjust the magnetic adsorption force to the working medium to be proper according to the load and the change of the working medium, and the application range of the magnetic wheel structure is widened.

    本发明提供了一种磁轮结构、爬壁机器人及其磁力调节方法、行进纠偏方法,其中,磁轮结构包括永磁体、位置调整结构以及呈圆筒状的磁轮外壳,所述位置调整结构设置在所述磁轮外壳内,多个所述永磁体沿所述磁轮外壳周向间隔设置,所述位置调整结构适于连接所述永磁体并调节所述永磁体到所述磁轮外壳轴线的垂直距离。本发明的磁轮结构通过位置调整结构调节所有永磁体到磁轮外壳轴线的垂直距离,以调节永磁体到作业介质的垂直距离,从而调节磁轮结构对作业介质的磁吸附力大小,使得磁轮结构对作业介质的磁吸附力大小适于调整,从而便于磁轮结构根据负载大小以及作业介质的变化调整对作业介质的磁吸附力至合适,提升了磁轮结构的适用范围。
