The magnetic adsorption wall-climbing robot comprises a magnetic adsorption wall-climbing robot body, mounting bases are mounted at the two ends of the magnetic adsorption wall-climbing robot body correspondingly, adsorption blocks are arranged at the two ends of the magnetic adsorption wall-climbing robot body correspondingly, one end of each adsorption block is connected with a rotating plate, and the rotating plates are rotationally mounted at one ends of the mounting bases through hinge shafts; tension springs are arranged at the top end and the bottom end of the rotating plate, one end of each tension spring is connected with the mounting base, an electromagnet is embedded in the bottom end of the adsorption block, and two infrared distance measuring sensors are symmetrically mounted at the bottom end of the magnetic adsorption wall-climbing robot body; when an uneven surface is met, a worker can start an electromagnet and an air pump to work through an adjusting controller according to a signal sent by an infrared distance measuring sensor, the electromagnet generates magnetism and has adsorption force on the surface of a ship, and therefore the magnetic adsorption wall-climbing robot body is made to be closely close to the surface of the ship; and the magnetic adsorption wall-climbing robot body does not fall off.

    本发明涉及一种能纠偏的磁吸附爬壁机器人,包括磁吸附爬壁机器人本体,磁吸附爬壁机器人本体的两端均安装有安装座,磁吸附爬壁机器人本体的两端均设有吸附块,吸附块的一端均连接有转板,转板通过铰轴转动安装在安装座的一端,转板的顶端和底端均设有拉簧,拉簧的一端与安装座连接,吸附块的底端镶嵌有电磁铁,磁吸附爬壁机器人本体的底端对称安装有两个红外线测距传感器;遇到不平整表面时,通过红外线测距传感器发出的信号,工人能够通过调节控制器启动电磁铁和气泵工作,电磁铁产生磁性,对船舶的表面有着吸附力,所以让磁吸附爬壁机器人本体紧密靠近在船舶的表面,让磁吸附爬壁机器人本体不会掉落。
