A moving body control apparatus (10) includes: an estimation unit (11) that estimates whether a target first moving body (20a) and a second moving body (20b), the height of which is likely to collide with the first moving body (20a), will collide with each other at an intersection point; a calculation unit (12) that, if it is estimated that the first moving body (20a) and the second moving body (20b) will collide with each other at the intersection point, calculates a speed of the first moving body (20a) and a speed of the second moving body (20b) by which collision at the intersection point can be avoided on the basis of a preset collision avoidance condition; and a selection unit (13) that selects the speed of the first moving body (20a) and the speed of the second moving body (20b) calculated by the calculation unit (12) on the basis of the ambient temperature of the drive motor of each of the first moving body (20a) and the second moving body (20b), or the transport amount of each of the first moving body (20a) and the second moving body (20b), or both the ambient temperature and the transport amount.
