The PDE model is established for the vehicle-mounted flexible manipulator system with consideration of the vehicle, joint, flexible manipulator, and payload using Hamilton principle. Based on the PDE model, the control scheme is addressed to realize the position and angle regulation of the vehicle and joint, respectively. Besides, the vibration suppression of the payload and the soft link can also be realized.
