The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted Bluetooth manipulator. The vehicle-mounted Bluetooth manipulator comprises a control circuit, a rotating arm and a telescopic arm, wherein signals are input to the control circuit through Bluetooth, and the rotating arm and the telescopic arm are controlled by the control circuit and are connected with each other; the telescopic arm is connected with an earphone and a microphone, and the rotating arm is provided with a locating structure which is connected with a vehicle seat backrest. The vehicle-mounted Bluetooth manipulator has the following advantages that during conversation, the signals are sent through Bluetooth, and the microphone and the earphone are transported to the ears of a driver by the manipulator, so that the interference to the driver caused by a phone is lowered, a hand-free mode is not required, and thus, the privacy of call content is guaranteed.
