The paper presents an agricultural robot designed for green asparagus harvesting. It details the robot’s mechanical design, including the kinematics of its mobile platform and delta robot, as well as the path generation during the harvesting process. The robot’s performance was evaluated in laboratory settings using 3D printed asparagus models. Laboratory and field tests showed a high success rate, suggesting both environmental and financial benefits.
