Abstract This Chapter is devoted to the teleoperation of UAVs. After a short introduction, the Chapter presents the technology trends in multimodal interfaces and the use of augmented reality. Then, the hardware adaptation and the software required for the integration of a conventional remotely piloted helicopter in a multi-UAV system, namely the COMETS system, is presented. Finally, some experiments carried out in the execution of COMETS missions are described.
