Based on the concept of biological clusters, this paper aims at the application scenarios of multiple unmanned boat clusters on the surface, and uses genetic algorithms to learn fuzzy rules. A multi-unmanned boat cluster control genetic fuzzy system model is established, and the fuzzy logic system is decomposed into several nodes to improve computing efficiency. Then, the part of the learning rules were changed to all the rules to complete the learning of the rule knowledge base. Finally, the effect of the genetic algorithm on the control rules of the unmanned boat cluster was verified by simulating multiple unmanned boat patrol detection scenarios.
