China, as a country with a large number of cars, has complicated road traffic conditions, which makes drivers vulnerable to various factors to induce "road rage" and make dangerous driving behaviors. To solve this problem, we have developed a non-contact vital sign signal monitoring device based on millimeter wave radar, which is used to detect the anger of drivers in real time during driving. In terms of algorithm, we use band-pass filter to reduce noise and separate the driver's chest vibration signal, and get the respiratory and heartbeat signals. Taking them as inputs, the GBDT model is trained, and the fitting analysis of the driver's anger arousal degree shows that the prediction accuracy of the model reaches 92.83%.
