The invention discloses an elevator motor non-contact vibration detection device and method based on a millimeter-wave radar. The millimeter-wave radar comprises a transmitting antenna, a receiving antenna, a radio frequency assembly, a digital-to-analog converter and a digital signal processor. The millimeter wave radar is installed in the radial direction of the corresponding mine hoist. The method comprises the steps that millimeter wave radars are installed at the installation position of the mine hoist, the angle of each millimeter wave radar transmitting antenna is adjusted, and it is ensured that wireless signal energy transmitted by the millimeter wave radars is focused on a head sheave and a motor of the corresponding mine hoist; processing the intermediate frequency signal to obtain an enhanced target signal; determining whether a head sheave swing signal exists in the signals or not; judging whether the head sheave shaking amplitude is within a normal range or not, and deducing an abnormal reason; whether the motor vibrates or not is analyzed, and the reason of motor vibration is deduced; and when the elevator is abnormal, early warning is carried out, and the elevator stops working. According to the device and the method, the abnormal condition of the elevator can be quickly and efficiently detected.

    一种基于毫米波雷达的提升机电动机非接触式震动检测装置与方法,装置:毫米波雷达包括发射天线、接收天线、射频组件、数模转换器和数字信号处理器;毫米波雷达安装在对应矿井提升机的径向方向上。方法:在矿井提升机的安装位置上安装毫米波雷达,并调整每个毫米波雷达发射天线的角度,确保毫米波雷达发射的无线信号能量聚焦在对应矿井提升机的天轮和电机处;对中频信号进行处理得到加强目标信号;确定信号中是否存在天轮摆动信号;判断天轮晃动幅度是否在正常范围之内,并推断异常原因;分析出电机是否产生震动,并推断出电机震动的原因;发现提升机异常时进行预警,并使提升机停止工作。该装置及方法能快捷高效地检测出提升机的异常情况。
