The detailed analysis of the present Joplin, Missouri, airport and the aviation needs of the Joplin area are presented in this volume of the study report. The report states that the Joplin economy's major needs include development of water resources, a comprehensive transportation system, including a north-south super highway, and massive improvement of air transport facilities. Tables and charts, as well as sketch plans accompany the text. The latter deal with the airport proper and also with obstruction and approach zones and approach and noise impact zones.
