The report describes the proposal for the improvement of state highway 360, a basic four-lane freeway having controlled access and continuous frontage roads for most of its entire length of 28 miles, located in Tarrant and Ellis County, Texas. The negative environmental effects will be a very slight displacement of both people and wildlife, and a substantial conversion of grazing and farm lands to permanently paved roadways. (Author)
