The report, written by Tippetts, Abbett, McCarthy, and Stratton, was funded by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency on behalf of the Ministry of Communications, Thailand. The study assesses the feasibility of expanding the Bangkok International Airport to meet demand beyond the year 2010. This is volume 1 of the project and it considers financial and environmental impacts.
