This document presents analysis using a transport model for the Oslo/Akershus area. Cordon toll rates are differentiated through various alternatives applying higher rates in peak hours and lower rates in the off-peak periods, thus approaching the principles of road traffic congestion pricing. Consequences for the public transport level of service, costs and revenues are also considered.
