Jefferson Lab has commissioned a high power terahertz source facility utilizing the broadband (5 cm1 to visible) output of the JLab IR Demo FEL accelerator. Synchrotron and edge radiation from the 300 fs relativistic electron beam pulses at up to 75 MHz repetition rate is imaged in a User Lab where it is analyzed and made available for experiments. A number of state-of-the-art diagnostic tools are available for use with the beam. This talk will present the results of early studies on the beam.
