Traffic projections show an early need for a 4 lane highway and the ultimate need for a 6 lane facility in 1990. Adverse environmental effects resulting from implementation of this project are few. The displacement of 9 residences within the right of way limits probably results in the greatest adverse effect. It is expected to increase to some degree the level of air pollution. Additional noise can be expected, due to the increased traffic through the area.
