With the development of robot technology, the robot can replace humans to monitor the environment inside or outside, which will release the working load of humans. It needs the ability of autonomous cruising and data transmission to accomplish the goal that reducing human beings’ workload. In this paper, a robot autonomous cruising system based on the wireless D2D communication technology is proposed, to achieve data transmission and communication between robots or robot and the platform. Additionally, the algorithm of autonomous cruising is improved to implement the system.
