This paper has presented a new strategy for uninhabited aerial vehicles (UAVs) search and surveillance operations in an uncertain environment. We first give a formal description of the search map approach based on targets information and the search region division algorithm. Then the multiple UAVs region surveillance strategy under dynamic environment was designed and the UAV's dynamics constraint was considered to improve the practicality of the strategy. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed cooperative region surveillance strategy is effective to search various types of dynamic targets in an uncertain environment.
