Target tracking with multiple synchronous passive sensors is well studied in the literature. If the line-of-sight measurements are not synchronized, the formation of composite measurements is not possible from two lines of sight (as in the synchronized case). In this paper, a method is derived for forming composite measurements when the line-of-sight measurements from multiple sensors are asynchronous. Furthermore, this method yields statistically efficient estimates.
