The task of motion control is to change the mechanical quantities such as torque and speed of the motor by controlling the input quantities such as voltage, current and frequency of the motor, which is used to meet various requirements of people. In this paper, based on the three-phase zero-type thyristor rectifier DC speed control system, design and build a three-phase zero-type double closed-loop DC speed control system model, design the system speed regulator ASR and current regulator ACR according to the given parameters, and carry out the simulation of a three-phase zero-type double closed-loop DC speed control system through MATLAB SIMULINK, and the results indicate that the simulation effect is good and reaches the requirements perfectly.
