The invention discloses a three-phase rectifier, and the rectifier comprises three-phase rectification circuits, wherein each phase rectification circuit comprises an input filter (La) and a rectification unit which are connected in series, the rectification unit comprises six power switch tubes and two power diodes, and the three-phase rectification circuits share four capacitors. The three-phaserectifier has the multi-level characteristic, the voltage stress of the power semiconductor device can be kept within a reasonable range, the total harmonic distortion rate of the input current can be reduced, and the electric energy quality of the alternating current input side is improved.
