In hostile areas they use drones to recover landmines and mitigate conflict. This breakthrough of marrying remote controlled drone systems with ground penetrating radar means it can rapidly detect bombs buried more than 10 feet below ground. Using the deep learning networks, the drone and its sensor achieve low false positives with higher detection specificity. Drones with precise SRNs make minefield mapping and clearing much easier. This technology can be used for resolving kind: finding methods for rehabilitation with little harm to the local population.
