This paper introduces a groundbreaking landmine detection rover equipped with ESP32 and Arduino Uno microcontrollers, marking a significant advancement in mine detection technology. Designed for swift navigation through hazardous terrain, the rover employs advanced sensors to detect landmines with high precision. It delivers accurate GPS coordinates and real-time camera monitoring through Bluetooth connectivity, ensuring comprehensive situational awareness. The rover’s robust chassis, featuring a six-wheel design, enables seamless movement over challenging terrains, further enhancing its operational effectiveness. Results demonstrate that the rover achieves a detection accuracy rate of over 95%, significantly improving safety and efficiency in mine clearance operations. This innovative vehicle is a crucial asset for both reconnaissance and humanitarian missions, providing a reliable solution in volatile environments.
