We report quantum-well modulators directly driven by monolithically-integrated photodiodes for polarization-insensitive, unconstrained wavelength conversion across 45 nm in 1525 nm-1570 nm and dual-wavelength broadcasting over 20 nm in 1530 nm-1565 nm, using <8 mW optical power with >10 dB RF-extinction ratio at 1.25 Gb/s.
