A management server, receiving sampling data and infrastructure data transmitted from an autonomous vehicle via a roadside base station according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: at least one message server for receiving the sampling data and the infrastructure data; a data storage unit in which the sampling data and the infrastructure data transmitted in real time or non-real time via the message server are stored; and a control unit that uses the sampling data and the infrastructure data to calculate a safety index in order to monitor the safety of the autonomous vehicle, and updates an operational design domain (ODD) including the maximum travel speed of each road section on which the autonomous vehicle travels, wherein the sampling data is generated by compressing raw data, sensed by sensors in the autonomous vehicle, according to a sampling period calculated by the control unit in consideration of the communication efficiency between the autonomous vehicle and the roadside base station and the reliability of the safety index.

    Un serveur de gestion, recevant des données d'échantillonnage et d'infrastructure transmises à partir d'un véhicule autonome via une station de base de bord de route selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, comprend : au moins un serveur de messagerie, permettant de recevoir les données d'échantillonnage et d'infrastructure ; une unité de stockage de données, où sont stockées les données d'échantillonnage et d'infrastructure transmises en temps réel ou non via le serveur de messagerie ; et une unité de commande, utilisant les données d'échantillonnage et d'infrastructure pour calculer un indice de sécurité, afin de surveiller la sécurité du véhicule autonome, et mettant à jour un domaine opérationnel de conception (ODD) comportant la vitesse maximale de déplacement de chaque section routière sur laquelle se déplace le véhicule autonome, les données d'échantillonnage étant générées par compression de données brutes, détectées par des capteurs dans le véhicule autonome, selon une période d'échantillonnage calculée par l'unité de commande compte tenu de l'efficacité de communication entre le véhicule autonome et la station de base de bord de route et la fiabilité de l'indice de sécurité.

    본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 노변 기지국을 통해 자율 주행차로부터 전송되는 샘플링 데이터와 인프라 데이터를 수신하는 관제 서버는, 상기 샘플링 데이터와 상기 인프라 데이터를 수신하는 적어도 하나의 메시지 서버, 상기 메시지 서버를 통해서 실시간 또는 비실시간으로 전송되는 상기 샘플링 데이터와 상기 인프라 데이터를 저장하는 데이터 저장부, 그리고 상기 샘플링 데이터와 상기 인프라 데이터를 사용하여 상기 자율 주행차의 안전 모니터링을 위해 안전 지수를 산출하고, 상기 자율 주행차가 운행하는 도로 구간별 최대 주행 속도를 포함하는 운영설계범위(Operational Design Domain: ODD)를 업데이트하는 제어부를 포함하되, 상기 샘플링 데이터는 상기 자율 주행차의 센서들에서 감지된 원데이터를 샘플링 주기에 따라 압축하여 생성되며, 상기 샘플링 주기는 상기 자율 주행차와 상기 노변 기지국 간의 통신 효율성과 상기 안전 지수의 신뢰성을 고려하여 상기 제어부에서 계산된다.
