Various embodiments of the present document relate to a vehicle for performing a minimal risk maneuver, and an operation method for the vehicle. An autonomous vehicle comprises: at least one sensor, which detects the surrounding environment of the vehicle to generate surrounding environment information; a processor which monitors the state of the vehicle to generate vehicle state information and which controls autonomous driving of the vehicle; and a controller for controlling the operation of the vehicle according to the control by the processor, wherein the processor detects whether a minimal risk maneuver is required on the basis of the surrounding environment information and/or the vehicle state information during autonomous driving of the vehicle, determines a minimal risk maneuver type on the basis of the vehicle state information if a minimal risk maneuver is required, and controls so that the vehicle stops on the basis of the determined minimal risk maneuver type, and the minimal risk maneuver type may include a type for performing immediate deceleration and/or a type for performing limited autonomous driving.

    Divers modes de réalisation du présent document concernent un véhicule pour effectuer une manœuvre à risques minimaux et un procédé de fonctionnement pour le véhicule. Un véhicule autonome comprend : au moins un capteur qui détecte l'environnement ambiant du véhicule pour générer des informations d'environnement ambiant ; un processeur qui surveille l'état du véhicule pour générer des informations d'état du véhicule et qui commande la conduite autonome du véhicule ; et un dispositif de commande pour commander le fonctionnement du véhicule en fonction de la commande par le processeur. Le processeur détecte si une manœuvre à risques minimaux est requise sur la base des informations d'environnement ambiant et/ou des informations d'état du véhicule pendant la conduite autonome du véhicule, le processeur détermine un type de manœuvre à risques minimaux sur la base des informations d'état du véhicule si une manœuvre à risques minimaux est requise, et exécute une commande de telle sorte que le véhicule s'arrête sur la base du type de manœuvre à risques minimaux déterminé, le type de manœuvre à risques minimaux pouvant comprendre un type pour effectuer une décélération immédiate et/ou un type pour effectuer une conduite autonome limitée.

    본 문서의 다양한 실시예들은 최소 위험 조작을 수행하기 위한 차량 및 상기 차량의 작동 방법에 관한 것이다. 자율 주행 차량은, 상기 차량의 주변 환경을 감지하여 주변 환경 정보를 생성하는 적어도 하나의 센서, 상기 차량의 상태를 모니터링하여 차량 상태 정보를 생성하고, 상기 차량의 자율 주행을 제어하는 프로세서, 및 상기 프로세서의 제어에 따라 상기 차량의 작동을 제어하는 컨트롤러를 포함하며, 상기 프로세서는, 상기 차량의 자율 주행 중에 상기 주변 환경 정보 및 상기 차량 상태 정보 중 적어도 하나를 기반으로 최소 위험 조작이 필요한지 여부를 감지하고, 상기 최소 위험 조작이 필요한 경우, 상기 차량 상태 정보에 기초하여 최소 위험 조작 타입을 결정하고, 상기 결정된 최소 위험 조작 타입에 기초하여 상기 차량이 정지하도록 제어하되, 상기 최소 위험 조작 타입은, 즉시 감속을 수행하는 타입 및 제한적 자율 주행을 수행하는 타입 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
