Various embodiments of the present document relate to a vehicle for performing a minimal risk maneuver and an operation method for the vehicle. An autonomous vehicle comprises: at least one sensor that generates surrounding environment information by detecting a surrounding environment of the vehicle; a processor that generates vehicle state information by monitoring a state of the vehicle, and controls autonomous driving of the vehicle; and a controller that controls an operation of the vehicle according to control of the processor, wherein the processor may: detect, on the basis of at least one of the surrounding environment information and the vehicle state information during autonomous driving of the vehicle, whether or not a minimal risk maneuver is required; and, if the minimal risk maneuver is required, control the vehicle so as to stop on the shoulder of a road by controlling at least one function of the vehicle.

    Divers modes de réalisation du présent document concernent un véhicule pour réaliser une manœuvre à risque minimal et un procédé de fonctionnement pour le véhicule. Un véhicule autonome comprend : au moins un capteur qui génère des informations d'environnement ambiant en détectant un environnement ambiant du véhicule ; un processeur qui génère des informations d'état de véhicule par surveillance d'un état du véhicule et commande la conduite autonome du véhicule ; et un contrôleur qui commande le fonctionnement du véhicule en fonction de la commande du processeur, le processeur pouvant : détecter, sur la base des informations d'environnement ambiant et/ou des informations d'état de véhicule pendant la conduite autonome du véhicule, si une manœuvre à risque minimal est nécessaire ou non ; et, si la manœuvre à risque minimal est nécessaire, commander le véhicule de manière à qu'il s'arrête sur l'accotement d'une route par commande d'au moins une fonction du véhicule.

    본 문서의 다양한 실시예들은 최소 위험 조작을 수행하기 위한 차량 및 상기 차량의 작동 방법에 관한 것이다. 자율 주행 차량은, 상기 차량의 주변 환경을 감지하여 주변 환경 정보를 생성하는 적어도 하나의 센서, 상기 차량의 상태를 모니터링하여 차량 상태 정보를 생성하고, 상기 차량의 자율 주행을 제어하는 프로세서, 상기 프로세서의 제어에 따라 상기 차량의 작동을 제어하는 컨트롤러를 포함하며, 상기 프로세서는, 상기 차량의 자율 주행 중에 상기 주변 환경 정보 및 상기 차량 상태 정보 중 적어도 하나를 기반으로 최소 위험 조작이 필요한지 여부를 감지하고, 상기 최소 위험 조작이 필요한 경우, 상기 차량의 적어도 하나의 기능을 제어하여 상기 차량이 도로 갓길에 정지되도록 제어할 수 있다.
